How do I order?

Do I have to pay a retainer?

Yes, a retainer or payment in full is required to lock in your date

What are the payment methods?

Invoices are sent via Square. Checks, Venmo, Zelle and other payments such as that are not accepted

Can I taste before ordering?

No. Tasting boxes are reserved for wedding cake orders. However, you can order a dozen, one-flavor cupcakes.

 

Do you deliver?

Yes. Delivery fees are based on distance and location

Can I bring you the ingredients to cut costs?

No. We are inspected, licensed, and insured and cannot accept outside ingredients not directly purchased by Cake Snob

​

Can I get a refund if I’m sick?

No. You are welcome to reschedule at a later date if the new date is available, but refunds are not available within 10 days of the order's due date.

Do you offer cakes covered with fondant?

No. We only offer cakes finished in buttercream

​

Do you offer explicit or drug paraphernalia cake for parties?

No. Those are not the style of cakes that we offer.
