Can I walk in and buy a whole cake?

Some cakes are available for walk in purposes.

Do you offer gluten-free/dairy-free/egg-free/ or vegan desserts?

We are a Southern-style scratch bakery and have wheat and dairy in most of our

desserts. We do offer a gluten-free cake slice, gluten-free brownies.

Any whole cake can be made gluten-free with a $15 up-charge. At this time and require a 24-hour notice when ordering.

Can I get items to-go from the bakery?

Absolutely! Please visit our St. Louis Hills studio located at 4709 Hampton Avenue, St. Louis, MO  63109 and you may pick up dessert, drinks, and

retail items to-go.  Or order from Doordash, Grubhub, Postmates or Uber Eats.

Do You Ship Cakes?

Yes, we currently ship 8” cakes, pies, and desserts. We ship via UPS Monday thru

Thursday. We do not ship on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or major US holidays. Your

product will be frozen and depending on the item will have dry ice inside the shipping

package. We recommend selecting Next Day Air/Saver to ship during the summer

months.

Can I make a reservation for a private party?

We accommodate small, semi-private parties at our St. Louis Hills studio located at 4709 Hampton Avenue, St. Louis, MO  63109. There are three party packages to choose from and all are descried on this website.  Please contact our studio for more information or to book your party.

What is your privacy policy?

his Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from cakesnobstl.com (the “Site”).

Personal information we collect

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information”.

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

How do we use your personal information?

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

- Communicate with you;

- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and

- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

Do not track

Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

Data retention

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

Changes

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.

Refund Policy

All perishable food items are made to order and are not eligible for a refund or return. If there is an issue with your order, please contact our office at 314.484.4547.

Remember that we are a custom bakery and retain creative control of all designs.  We cannot accept returns or offer refunds if you did not like a product. If a product does not meet our standards, please notify a manager in the restaurant to resolve the matter immediately or contact the office at 314.484.4547.

For retail items, please remember it can take 2-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post a refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. dessert, drinks, and

retail items to-go.  

Do offer local delivery?

Yes, we deliver out of our SOHA location Monday-Saturday. Fees are: $50.00 up to 20 miles
